What counts as one license?
One license covers one hotel property, identified by its INN code. Unlimited users on that property's Google Sheet, unlimited nightly runs — no per-seat or per-run charges.
What happens after the trial?
Your card is charged automatically at the end of the 90-day trial unless you cancel. You'll get a reminder email before the trial ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — email support@lunahotelai.com and we'll handle the switch for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no long-term contract. Cancel anytime from support@lunahotelai.com — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer multi-property discounts?
If you're licensing more than a few properties, email support@lunahotelai.com and we'll work out a rate together.
