Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Luna Hotel AI, a Google Workspace add-on for hotel night audit automation ("the Service"), provided by Luna Hotel AI ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

License

Use of Luna Hotel AI requires an active license issued by Luna Hotel AI. Each license covers one hotel property identified by its INN code. Licenses are non-transferable between properties or between operators.

• Licenses are billed annually per property (per INN code)
• A license may not be shared across multiple properties
• Trial licenses are provided at our discretion and may be revoked at any time
• License activation is confirmed by email after payment is received

Use of the Service

Luna Hotel AI is designed for use by hotel operators and their authorized staff. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — hotel night audit automation and financial reconciliation.

• You must have a valid Google Workspace or Gmail account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service
• You may not use the Service to process data for properties not covered by your license

Accuracy of Results

Luna Hotel AI is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional hotel accounting judgment. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based solely on Luna Hotel AI output without independent verification.

Payment and Billing

• Licenses are billed annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active license holders
• Failure to renew a license results in automatic deactivation of the Service

Cancellation

You may cancel your license at any time by contacting support@lunahotelai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Hotel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors in audit output resulting from incorrect or incomplete PMS data
• Pipeline failures due to Gmail delivery delays or PMS report format changes
• Data loss resulting from deletion of your Google Sheets or Drive files
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on unverified audit output
• Service interruptions due to Google platform outages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

Luna Hotel AI, including all code, documentation, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Luna Hotel AI. Your license grants you the right to use the Service — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

You retain full ownership of all data in your Google Sheets spreadsheet and Google Drive folders. Luna Hotel AI makes no claim to your hotel data.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active license holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
